An observation has an age
Check the source timestamp and freshness label beside the result. A recently fetched response may contain an older provider observation. Cached or stale availability can change before you reach the airline.
We search enabled loyalty programs within the supported route, date and cabin scope. Coverage is not every airline or every award. Check Programs for the current scope rather than assuming a carrier shown in an itinerary is independently searched.
Read the seat and cabin evidence
An exact seat count is a count reported by the source. “At least” is a lower bound, not an exact total. An unknown count is not zero, and availability without a count does not prove enough seats for your group.
Open the itinerary and inspect every segment. A mixed-cabin itinerary can include an economy connection even when another segment is in business. Check operating carriers, connections, points and the separate cash amount.
Confirm before booking or transferring
Use the airline or program's own booking flow to confirm dates, passengers, cabin, price, taxes and bookability. We do not reserve seats. A booking link may require you to enter the search again.
Point transfers may be irreversible and can take time. Verify award space and the transfer terms with both providers before moving points; a displayed result cannot hold space during a transfer.
How an accuracy report is investigated
- Share a screenshot from the airline or loyalty program, the time and timezone, route, travel date, cabin and passenger count. Crop out names, member numbers and payment details. Never send passwords, cookies or session tokens.
- Support identifies your search using its search or request ID and compares the result's source timestamp with the time of your first-party observation. Fetch time and source observation time can differ.
- The team replays an available, retained fixture or capture through the parser. Support staff do not receive raw captures; evidence access stays restricted to authorized staff.
- If needed, an authorized operator may make one approved fresh comparison only when permitted. A report does not authorize repeated source requests or use of your account credentials.
- The discrepancy is classified as source timing, account scope, parsing, caching or display behavior. Missing evidence remains an unresolved discrepancy.
- Relevant evidence and the investigation's timestamps are preserved within the applicable retention and access rules.
- If material semantic corruption is confirmed, the affected source or parser is disabled through operator controls while the issue is investigated.
- Support explains what was found, what remains uncertain and any correction made. A result is never a booking guarantee.
