Check what the alert is watching
Open Alerts and compare its program, route, travel dates, cabin, passenger count and filters with the result you expected. Check that the alert is active and has not expired or completed its one-off run.
Alerts are checked on a schedule rather than continuously. Use the interval shown for your plan and the alert's last-run information. Timing is not a promise that every short-lived award will be found.
Understand a pause or a quiet repeat
A downgrade or lost entitlement can pause alerts beyond the plan limit without deleting them. Check your plan and the alert's displayed state. Cooldowns and match-transition rules can prevent repeat notices for unchanged matches.
A stale result or failed source must not trigger an availability claim. Check the source outcome before interpreting a quiet alert as a search with no seats.
Check delivery
Check the account email, junk folder and notification preferences, including any unsubscribe decision. Do not repeatedly create duplicate alerts to test delivery.
Send support the alert ID, approximate expected time and timezone, and any visible delivery or run status. Never send your email password or a full message header containing private tokens.
