Why an airline site and a search can differ

Distinguish a confirmed empty observation from an incomplete or failed search.

Match the loyalty program, airports, dates, cabin, passengers and filters. Partner programs can offer different inventory for the same flight. Account status, member pricing or a different point of sale can also change what the airline shows.

Flexible dates cover the selected window and your plan's limits. Check the actual dates searched and any program failures; a calendar cell outside that scope says nothing about inventory.

Empty is different from unknown

A confirmed empty result describes a fresh, successful observation in the requested scope. A failed, stale or partially answered search cannot prove no seats exist.

Check Programs and your search's individual program outcomes. Remove unintended filters, then report a discrepancy with the source time and search ID if the two results still disagree. Avoid repeatedly refreshing an unavailable source.
