Use the account controls
Review the data export and deletion controls in Account. Read the confirmation carefully before deleting an account and review subscription status separately so you understand any billing action required.
The Privacy notice describes the published processing and retention terms and whether the document is in force. This article does not supply missing legal terms or promise immediate deletion from every processor.
Contact the privacy team
Use the privacy category and the published privacy mailbox for access, correction, portability, objection or deletion questions. Describe the request and the account email; identity verification may be required.
Do not send identity documents, loyalty member numbers or sensitive travel details unless a verified, appropriate process specifically requires them.
