Read each program's outcome
A multi-program search can return useful results while another program fails. Read the partial-result notice and the outcome for each program. Missing results from a failed program are unknown availability.
A source may be degraded, circuit-open, under maintenance, disabled or not currently enabled. The Programs page reports the current API state; an earlier successful result is not a current health check.
Report an unexplained failure
Include the program, approximate time and timezone, visible error and safe search or request ID. Avoid repeated searches against an unavailable program. You can confirm travel options directly with the airline through your own normal booking flow.
Support can investigate the product's state but cannot promise when a third-party source will recover or guarantee the airline's inventory.
