Export everything we hold

A single archive, generated on request. Large accounts can take a few hours.

Included

  • Your profile, timezone and preferences.
  • Every alert, including its filters and full match history.
  • Saved searches and the balances you entered.
  • Notification history with delivery status for each message.
  • The stored result sets your notifications link to, as JSON.

Not included

  • Payment card details — Stripe holds these and we never receive them.
  • Raw source captures from loyalty programs, which are not yours to receive.

Archives are machine-readable JSON with a plain-text index.

Delete your account

This closes this account and removes the data listed below.

What deleting your account does

  • Every alert stops immediately and is deleted, along with its match history.
  • Saved searches, saved balances and notification history are deleted.
  • Any active paid plan is cancelled. We do not refund the unused part of the current period.
  • Stored result sets linked from your notifications stop being reachable by you.
  • Invoices are retained for as long as tax law requires, and are available from the billing portal until then.
  • This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an account after the request completes.

Case does not matter. Surrounding spaces are ignored.

Requests are held for a grace period before anything is deleted; the confirmation states the exact date.
